Thai Massage

Thai massage is a great way to get deep work without the hassle of taking off your clothing or getting greasy. You can even get a short session at lunch and go back to work without missing a beat.

Most of my clients have told me that they wished they had known what Thai massage meant or they would have been seeking it out.

Although there are places that do have clients disrobe and use oil, that is not how Thai massage is traditionally practiced. That is a combination of Swedish massage and Thai massage that has evolved because most westerners are familiar with Swedish massage.

You can find my Thai massage website here:

Perinatal Massage

I was trained in perinatal massage over twenty years ago by the woman who pioneered the protocols for North America. See my website dedicated to perinatal massage at :

Fascia Stretch Therapy

Although I have studied various forms of manual fascia work and I was already offering passive stretching with proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation for many years, the techniques I learned in fascia stretch therapy (FST) elevated my practice to another realm.

When combined with manual modalities for fascia, I love knowing that I can help more people than ever feel better.

About me

I started working as a bodyworker in 1993. I love that no matter how long I do it, I find myself spontaneously creating new ways to approach the body.

When I completed my initial massage training, I asked someone to mentor me who taught me how to do three hour Swedish massages.. For the first year of my practice, I only l did sessions that were two hours or longer. Eventually, I had to speed up for clients who didn’t have time for such long sessions.

These days I work in different modalities, so I am able to offer forty minute tune-ups for neck and shoulders, or sessions up to three hours long.

Although I worked in an office for many years, I have not found a new space since the pandemic. At some point in the future I may open a new office, but for now I am only doing house calls.

My fee for all services I offer is $120 per hour.
